To receive the item on the desired flight, enter the departure/arrival city (e.g., if you wish to pick up the item on a flight from Narita to Incheon, enter Japan Narita as the departure city and Korea Incheon as the arrival city).

* Available ordering time : Departure flight: Passengers departing from Korea can order items before 11 AM on the day before departure, Arrival flight: Must be within 53 hours before arrival. (Exceptions: For routes to the Americas, Europe, and Sydney, it must be within 72 hours before arrival.)
